Anant has over two decades of experience across industries including Outsourcing, IT, Banking, Automobile, E-Commerce, Ed-Tech, and Logistics, Anant brings a unique blend of start-up agility and Fortune 500 discipline. His diverse background has shaped his ability to adapt quickly, lead transformation, and drive strategic impact across varied business environments. A people-centric leader, he has successfully built and managed large cross-functional teams, earning recognition for leadership and engagement excellence. His expertise spans sales, partner relationship management, contact center operations, and learning & development across both B2B and B2C landscapes. He is passionate about driving growth and customer excellence through innovation, operational efficiency, and superior experience management.

Saimit Sareen

Head of Finance

With close to two decades of experience spanning global finance operations, strategic transformation, and institutional governance, his appointment represents a key milestone in establishing a strong foundation for our Global Capability Centre in India.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Saimit has held senior leadership roles at Zopper, Bravura, and Actis. Across these roles, he has consistently aligned finance with business strategy, investor expectations, and regulatory requirements. His strength lies in building finance functions from the ground up—transforming them into scalable, process-oriented, and automation-enabled engines that drive sustainable growth. At Zopper, he handled fundraising activities, completed SAP implementation efficiently, and set up governance frameworks for institutional investment.

Karan Priyanku Sarma

Head of Contact Center and Shared Services

Karan Sarma brings extensive leadership experience across E-commerce, Telecom, Banking, and Insurance, and has successfully led large teams of over 600 employees while driving customer engagement, retention, and service excellence. Previously, Karan has held senior leadership roles at Blinkit (formerly Grofers) and R1 RCM Global Pvt. Ltd, where he spearheaded transformative initiatives in operations, customer experience, process reengineering, and technology adoption. His expertise in leveraging AI, automation, and analytics has consistently delivered strong results in efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Prakriti Mehta

Country Head HR-People and Culture

Prakriti brings over 17 years of experience across telecom, e-commerce, beauty, and energy sectors. She specialises in building high-impact people functions that enable organisational scale, cultural alignment, and sustained business performance.

Prior to StarZen, she was Associate Director – HR at Fluence India, where she drove organisation development, performance management, and HR transformation initiatives. She also spent nearly a decade with Avon International, leading people and culture for the India market while collaborating closely with global and APAC teams to strengthen organisational capability.

Her expertise spans talent strategy, organisational design, employee engagement, HR operations, and employer branding. At StarZen, she is focused on shaping a strong cultural foundation and building a scalable talent ecosystem to support the long-term growth of the organization.

Aditya Singh Chauhan

Director, HRO Operations

Aditya brings deep expertise in building and scaling HR operations within complex, high-growth environments. With nearly two decades of experience, he has consistently focused on translating business expansion plans into structured, execution-ready talent strategies.

His career spans organisations such as WNS and R1 RCM, where he has led large-scale workforce planning, established HR shared services from the ground up, and driven transformation across hiring, delivery, and capability building. He has worked closely with business and functional leaders to stabilise and expand operations across geographies, while embedding efficiency, governance, and consistency into HR processes.

At StarZen, Aditya is focused on strengthening the organisation’s execution backbone—building agile, high-capacity talent engines and scalable HR systems that enable sustained growth.
