His diverse background has shaped his ability to adapt quickly, lead transformation, and drive strategic impact across varied business environments. A people-centric leader, he has successfully built and managed large cross-functional teams, earning recognition for leadership and engagement excellence. His expertise spans sales, partner relationship management, contact center operations, and learning & development across both B2B and B2C landscapes. Saimit Sareen

Head of Finance

With close to two decades of experience spanning global finance operations, strategic transformation, and institutional governance, his appointment represents a key milestone in establishing a strong foundation for our Global Capability Centre in India.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Saimit has held senior leadership roles at Zopper, Bravura, and Actis. Across these roles, he has consistently aligned finance with business strategy, investor expectations, and regulatory requirements. His strength lies in building finance functions from the ground up—transforming them into scalable, process-oriented, and automation-enabled engines that drive sustainable growth. At Zopper, he handled fundraising activities, completed SAP implementation efficiently, and set up governance frameworks for institutional investment.

Karan Priyanku Sarma

Head of Contact Center and Shared Services

Karan Sarma brings extensive leadership experience across E-commerce, Telecom, Banking, and Insurance, and has successfully led large teams of over 600 employees while driving customer engagement, retention, and service excellence. Previously, Karan has held senior leadership roles at Blinkit (formerly Grofers) and R1 RCM Global Pvt. Ltd, where he spearheaded transformative initiatives in operations, customer experience, process reengineering, and technology adoption. His expertise in leveraging AI, automation, and analytics has consistently delivered strong results in efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Khushboo Daswani

Deputy Procurement Head

Khushboo brings extensive experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, and procurement operations, with a proven track record of optimizing costs, improving efficiency, and leading high-performing teams. Her expertise spans import and local procurement planning, logistics, inventory management, contract negotiation, and compliance, making her a valuable addition to our procurement leadership. Khushboo has held leadership roles across prominent organizations such as Instant Procurement Services, Design Eight Pvt. Ltd., Varmora Plastech Pvt. Ltd., and BGI Engitech Pvt. Ltd. She has successfully managed end-to-end procurement and import/export operations, implemented efficiency initiatives, established global supplier networks, and delivered significant operational improvements.

Karan Bhargava

Karan Bhargava comes with 14+ years of experience in marketing, growth, strategy and Analytics. At his last stint he led the growth & digital marketing for IIFL Home Finance, India while before that he has had long stints with brands like Google Pay, Cheil (Samsung group) and has also been an entreprenur at 24, founding coconutanna.com back in 2015. His core expertise is in growth marketing, digital and app marketing, digital journeys, automation and analytics. Beyond work he is a wildlife photographer, aspiring underwater photographer and a certified scuba diver since 2012 (with 30+ dives).

She brings expertise not only in recruitment and workforce planning, but also in onboarding, induction, and performance management, ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience. Additionally, she has supported payroll governance and audit processes, reinforcing compliance and operational accuracy. Nikita has previously worked with leading organizations such as Virohan, Spinny, and Policy Bazaar, where she successfully implemented innovative recruitment strategies, optimized HR operations, and played a key role in employee lifecycle governance. Her contributions have been recognized through multiple awards for excellence in talent acquisition and people leadership.
